General

Due to the various options in colors and finishes of the walls, the sanitary unit can easily be integrated into any style. Discover the different models.

No, our outdoor bathrooms are also often used as shared sanitary facilities. It is also possible to modularly create a sanitary building. Thanks to the clever (square) design, the sanitary units can be connected on three sides, allowing a sanitary block to be quickly and easily created. The great advantage is that you remain flexible. The outdoor bathrooms can always be used elsewhere later on, as they are not bound to the ground.

Sure. In our modular concept, we have the DuoToilet and DuoShower, but also the DuoCombi where toilet and shower are separated.

Indeed, because they are very high-quality insulated, they are easy to keep frost-free. The standard electric heating also has a thermostat and a frost setting. However, we do recommend installing the bathrooms with a vertical frost edge in the ground to prevent frost from penetrating under the floor. This can be easily done by placing a strip of special insulation vertically under the floor during installation. And if you have purchased the bathroom with a washing area on the outside, it goes without saying that it should be taken out of use during the frost period.

They will be delivered to your location by our regular carrier. We will unload them ourselves. However, you are expected to place them on your premises in the desired location.

Yes and no. We have Duo units for our shared solutions, see the different models for that. For use as private sanitary facilities, we have deliberately chosen not to make fixed Duo units for that. You can easily do this yourself if desired. In addition, you can also determine the layout yourself and decide on which side the door is desired. You can also change this layout again in the future.

There are several ways to recoup your investment in a sanitary unit, although this naturally also depends on your situation and your business model. We are happy to think along with you in this! Due to the long lifespan of our outdoor bathrooms, this quickly turns out to be beneficial.

Practical and technical

Our outdoor bathrooms are equipped with spoon recesses. This allows you to easily pick up and transport the sanitary unit with a machine, forklift, shovel, or telehandler.

By default, our sanitary units are fully electric and equipped with an electric supply for hot water, LED lighting, both mechanical and natural ventilation, and of course heating. To use the bathroom, you need water, electricity (230A - 10A), and a connection to the sewer system.

What are the benefits of a Roomplus sanitary unit?

Due to the clever design, a sanitary unit can be used as private sanitary, but also as a modular shared sanitary because they can be linked together on three sides.

By using robust materials, such as insulated steel sandwich panels, a concrete floor, and a sturdy wide plastic door, you will enjoy your investment in a sanitary unit for a long time and experience relatively low depreciation.

Thanks to the choice of materials, a floating vanity and toilet, a shower wall combined with a shower tray sunken into the floor, this outdoor bathroom is super easy to keep clean.

We understand how busy it can be for our customers. That's why we have designed the entire system with materials that require minimal maintenance and have minimal chances of malfunctions.

Due to the wide range of wall finishes available, the outdoor bathroom or sanitary unit can be obtained in virtually any style. In many common colors such as: anthracite, brown, green, black, or even very natural elements such as wood decor or cladding panels. All this without compromising on the great benefits of the durability and low-maintenance nature of your sanitary facilities.

Because our sanitary units are designed as 'single', they can be used as private or shared modular sanitary buildings, giving you flexibility in the layout when placing the sanitary units. This remains valid for the future. You have the option to move them later on.

Because the sanitary units are movable, and therefore not ground-bound, your investment retains its value. If your plans change after a few years, the bathrooms can easily be used elsewhere.

By enhancing both the interior and exterior appearance and the comfort of the layout, we contribute to the experience of your guests. Happy guests, happy you, happy us!
